Upcoming events.
We host regularly scheduled general body meetings monthly
Rotating meeting themes include: featured speakers, panel discussions, case discussions, research presentations, strategic planning, and more!
General Body Meeting - April
Case Discussion
THEME: Body Image Disturbances, Body Dysmorphia, Disordered Eating, etc.
But here's the thing... we also want to make this productive and collaborative for YOU! We have case presentations to share from the e-board; however, we would love to invite any of our general members to share an interesting or tough patient case related to the theme above (if it doesn't match exactly that's okay) for discussion or to receive advice.
This is a great opportunity to learn from each other and share insights on unique, challenging, or thought-provoking scenarios from the world of sports psychiatry.
As always, we encourage members to come ready with questions and thoughts for discussion!
Come join us at 5:30 PM PST/8:30 PM EST at the Zoom link below!

General Body Meeting - March
Research Spotlight:
We are excited to feature two budding sports psychiatrists and researchers who will be sharing their recent work in Sports Psychiatry:
Dr. Andrew Del Colle – current PGY-1 in the research track at the University of Utah
Dr. Sahit Menon – current PGY-1 in the research track at Vanderbilt University
Drs. Del Colle and Menon will present their recent research publications in Sports Psychiatry and discuss their experiences pursuing research in this growing field.
This will be an engaging and insightful look into what research in sports psychiatry looks like in practice, and a great opportunity for members interested in academic work to learn more and ask questions.
As always, we encourage members to come ready with questions and thoughts for discussion!
